S’more Crispy Treats

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cups mini marshmallows 
  • 6 cups of rice cereal
  • 3 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Cadbury mini harvest handfuls
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • Cooking spray
  • 9x13 baking pan
Directions:
Spray the baking pan with cooking spray. Melt butter and 6 cups of marshmallows in a large pot. Remove from heat, add rice cereal and stir to coat. Add crushed graham crackers, 1 cup of marshmallows, chocolate chips, and harvest handfuls. Mix gently until well coated. Transfer to the baking pan, gently pat into pan. Finish with a few extra chocolate pieces, crushed graham crackers, and marshmallows. Press into place and let cool. Enjoy!

This is a fun summertime treat. It is also fun to take camping when you are unable to make s’mores over a campfire due to a burn ban, etc. I used some large marshmallows because I ran out of mini marshmallows. They seemed to work just fine! I did a mixture of cut and uncut marshmallows.
