Ingredients
- Tortilla chips
- Canned refried beans
- Black olives
- Pickled jalapeños
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Shredded Medium Cheddar cheese
- Leftover beef brisket, shredded
- Diced avocado
- Salsa
- Avocado salsa
- Sour cream
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place a layer of tortilla chips on an oven-proof plate or a baking sheet. Add refried beans, black olives, pickled jalapeños, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, and shredded leftover beef brisket. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted and nachos are warm. Remove from oven, and top with diced avocado, salsa, avocado salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy!
